We will assist you to properly prepare and file your uncontested divorce documents in a quick and cost-effective manner. A team of Legal Aid Professionals can guide you through this process of self-representation. This process does not include legal representation or offer legal advice should any problems arise. The Legal Aid Society of Rochester charges a small fee for our services, but the fees charged through court can be typically be waived.
